How I can help you
Making Meetings Visual
Graphic facilitation provides an inclusive platform for individuals with diverse communication styles to contribute their thoughts. Visuals can serve as a common language, allowing everyone to participate actively in discussions regardless of their preferred mode of expression.
Supporting Your Employees
As a qualified Learning Disability and Mental Health Independent Advocate and Graphic Facilitator, I support individuals and teams in business by:
Delivering inclusive graphic facilitated supervision sessions
Creating visual plans for Individual Professional Development
Encouraging collaborative decision-making through graphic facilitated workshops
Clarity and Focus
Visuals created through graphic facilitation help distill key points and focus on the core ideas being discussed. This clarity is especially valuable in large group settings where diverse opinions and perspectives are shared. It ensures that everyone is on the same page and can better understand and build upon each other's insights.
How Advocacy Informs My Approach
Advocacy is a way of getting help in speaking up and being heard. It can sometimes feel overwhelming, confusing and even frightening to have to navigate complex information and new environments alone. An advocate is there to ‘walk’ alongside individuals and help them to make decisions, express choices and be involved when decisions are being made.
This supportive role fosters a culture of open communication, ensuring that employees feel heard and valued.
Neurodivergence is a natural and diverse aspect of the population, representing a broad spectrum of neurological differences. Embracing and understanding neurodivergent individuals fosters a more inclusive society.
Advocacy plays a pivotal role in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, striving to create a work environment where every voice is acknowledged and respected.
